Respondents awarded products through this solicitation will be required to execute a contract with the State of Minnesota MMCAP Infuse. Please review this sample agreement and if necessary, to take exception to contract language, clearly indicate what language is to be stricken and what language is to be added using “Track Changes.” MMCAP Infuse will not accept the Respondent’s boilerplate contract as an alternative. To obtain a copy of the document in Word, send a request to MMCAP_Infuse.RFP@state.mn.us. Numerous and/or onerous exceptions that contradict Minnesota law may result in the Respondent’s proposal being disqualified from further review and evaluation and consideration for award of a contract. Only those exceptions indicated in the Respondent’s proposal will be available for discussion or negotiation.
