This GRANT OF EASEMENTS (“Agreement”), is made as of July , 2018, by and between the COUNTY OF ARCHULETA, a body corporate and politic (the “County”) as Grantor and R.J. BERRY JR. INC. EMPLOYEE PROFIT SHARING TRUST, its successors and assigns (“Grantee”) The County and Grantee may be referred to collectively as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
