When you reserve a rental property with St. Martin Reservation Center, LLC, dba Owner Direct Rental Club, (ODRC/SMRC) your Confirmation will be forwarded to you via email and/or standard mail. The Confirmation becomes a binding agreement when we receive the rental deposit. Payment of money or taking possession of the property in response to your Confirmation constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed below as well as rules and regulations of the hotel, villa, condo or townhouse and their respective associations.
