BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED: The owner, engineer/architect, contractor and special inspection agency being used for this project shall complete two copies of this agreement. The structural engineer of record must fill out, stamp and sign the SPECIAL INSPECTION AND TESTING SCHEDULE. A preconstruction conference with the parties involved may be required to review the special inspection requirements and procedures for this project.
