These order form terms (these “Terms”) govern one or more Order Forms between Nylas, Inc. (“Nylas”), and the entity listed as Licensee or Customer on the applicable Order Form (“Licensee” or “Customer”). Upon the effectiveness of an Order Form, these Terms (including any attachments or exhibits hereto) are incorporated into that Order Form and form the complete agreement between Nylas and Licensee for use of the applicable Products. These Terms supersede any other terms of use, whether posted on Nylas’s website or otherwise, and any purchase orders or online terms provided by Licensee (including after the signature date of any Order Form or if signed by Nylas). The Terms also include any attachments, exhibits, and addendums hereto and to the Order Forms.
