This Mobile Deposit Service Agreement, ("Agreement") is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the Mobile Deposit Service (“Service”) offered to you by Premier Financial Credit Union ("Credit Union"). By using the Mobile Deposit Service, you and any joint owners or authorized users, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments. You agree that when you use Mobile Banking, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all your existing agreements with us including the Important Account Information for Our Members disclosures, as may be amended and/or retitled from time to time (the “Member Service Agreement”) and the “Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosures.” In the event of a conflict between the foregoing documentation and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall apply.
