EPIK NETWORKS INC. and/or its affiliates ("EPIK") shall provide to the Customer (“you”) the managed voice services, internet access services and the lease, rental or sale of goods and equipment (collectively, "Services") described in customer orders accepted by EPIK from time to time from time to time (the "Customer Order(s)"). The terms and conditions of this Agreement (including all schedules attached hereto, if any) shall apply to all Customer Orders. The schedules that may be attached hereto from time to time (the "Schedules") address terms and conditions that are specific to each individual service that EPIK may offer to the Customer. Each Customer Order will be associated with this Agreement and each Customer Order will become part of this Agreement. Each Customer Order shall include a detailed description of the Services to be provided pursuant to such Customer Order and the pricing applicable to such Services.
