This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into as of the 12th day of August, 2020 (hereinafter, “Effective Date”), by and between the Wisconsin Attorney General Joshua L. Kaul, on the one hand, and American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and Honda of America Mfg., Inc. (hereinafter collectively, “Honda”). These three parties shall be referred to collectively herein as “the Parties.”
