This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or “You”) and Computer Expert Group, LLC, d/b/a/ CEGsoft ("CEGSOFT"), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, pursuant to which the Software is being licensed, not sold, to you the Licensee, with additional components or subscription modules (“SaaS Modules”) which may be offered to you under a separate license or as a software-as-a-service subscription (“Subscription”). The Software is limited to the object code as contained in the media provided by CEGSOFT. By installing or using the Software in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“Terms”). To be able to Use the Software, you, whether you are a Licensee or a User, must express your acceptance to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement by clicking the “I Agree and Accept the End User Software License Agreement” button.
