ADDENDUM TO VARO BANK ACCOUNT AGREEMENTAccount Agreement • December 16th, 2022
The Zelle® and Other Payment Services are being added to your demand deposit account (your “Varo Bank Account”) with Varo Bank, N.A., a national association (“Varo Bank” or the “Bank” or “we” or “us”). This Addendum (the “Addendum”) sets forth the terms & conditions for use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services (as defined below) offered through our online banking site or mobile applications (the "Site"). By opting in to use the Zelle® and Other Payment Services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, and that this Addendum shall become part of the Varo Bank Account Agreement and is incorporated therein. You further acknowledge that the Varo Bank Account Agreement (including the Telephone Use Agreement and Disclosures and Varo Bank U.S. Online and Mobile Privacy Policy) shall continue to apply to your Varo Bank Account except as specifically provided for in this Addendum.
