THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the date last executed below (the “Effective Date”), by and between ENTtech Media Group LLC (“ENTtech”) on one hand and Splash News & Picture Agency LLC (a/k/a Splash News and Picture Agency LLC and listed as such in the pleadings) (“Splash”), on the other hand. ENTtech and Splash are each a “Party” and are collectively the “Parties.”
