Country-Specific Terms AddendumCountry-Specific Terms • January 4th, 2021
The following Country-Specific Terms (this “Addendum”), are attached and made part of the agreement between Customer (as identified on the Quote) and Acoustic, L.P. (“Acoustic”) (the Agreement”, “SaaS Agreement” or “License Agreement”, as applicable). For purposes of this Addendum, Customer is considered to be located in the country specified in the Quote. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Addendum have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement. To the extent there are any inconsistencies between the terms of this Addendum and the terms of the Agreement, this Addendum will prevail. This Addendum sets forth country-specific provisions that replace, amends, or supplement the equivalent provisions noted below when Customer is located in the countries identified in this Addendum. Any reference herein to “Software” shall refer to Application(s) or SaaS Product(s) as applicable in the Agreement and shall be adjusted as appropriate when inserted into the Agreement.
