CLEANING AGREEMENT AND ADDENDUM
Cleaning Agreement • March 16th, 2017

Resident agrees to remove all trash, furniture and personal property from apartment when moving out. Resident shall also clean their apartment upon move out and have the carpeting and floor covering professionally cleaned and repaired at the Residents expense. Resident may schedule his/her own arrangements with a professional carpet and floor cleaning company of their choice. Resident must supply the apartment manager with a receipt for floor cleaning services performed on move out. On request, the apartment manager will suggest contractors, which have been used previously. This addendum helps to lower the deposit and gives the resident first hand control of the cleaning and repair cost. If the Resident prefers management to perform these duties or fails to clean the apartment and floor covering, then the expense will be first deducted from any deposits held by management and any cost exceeding the deposit will be the payment responsibility of the resident.
