This Mobile App End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between YOU ("End User" or "you") and WINGIVE.COM, LLC ("Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the mobile application WINGIVE, including all related documentation (the "App"). The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
