THIS PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL SERVICES PURCHASE AGREEMENT, ("Agreement'') is effective between the Mountain Mahogany Community School, by and between Mountain Mahogany Community School, a New Mexico public charter school ("Mountain Mahogany Community School") located in Albuquerque, and NEW MEXICO CHARTER SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL SERVICE ASSOCIATION, d/b/a ASSOCIATION OF CHARTER SCHOOL EDUCATION SERVICES ("ACES"), a public entity as defined by the Joint Powers Act, NMSA 1978, §§11-1-1 et seq. with its principal place of business in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for the provision of certain temporary professional personnel services as set forth herein.
