THIS COMPETITOR AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Northern Utah National Tooling and Machining Association, Ogden Weber Tech College and Weber School District hereafter referred to collectively as “Producers”, on the one hand, and the combatant and all associated team members and affiliates set forth below (collectively, “Competitor”), on the other hand. The Producers and Competitor shall sometimes collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
