This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (“Agreement”), dated this 7th day of June 2006, is entered into by and between SCANA Communications Inc. (“CLEC”), a South Carolina CLEC, and United Telephone Company of the Carolinas d/b/a Embarq (“Embarq ILEC”), a South Carolina ILEC, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, collocation, local resale, and purchase of unbundled Network Elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
