This Charter Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into this, the 2nd day of December 2024, by and between the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission” or “the Authorizer”) and Empower Memphis Career and College Prep Schools, Inc. (the “Applicant(s)”) (collectively, the “Parties”) to operate Empower Memphis Career and College Prep Charter School (hereinafter referred to as “the Charter School”).
