This Agreement relates solely to users who are to receive the TradeStation platform in connection with a brokerage account opened with Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Ltd. or another Interactive Brokers brokerage firm affiliate (as the case may be, “IBG Brokerage Firm” and “IBG Brokerage Account”) which has been introduced to the IBG Brokerage Firm by TradeStation International Ltd, as introducing broker (“TIL”), and which has been, or will be, so introduced on a fully-disclosed basis by TIL to the IBG Brokerage Firm. This offering is NOT available to citizens or residents of the United States of America or Japan.
