In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the matter of Facilities Agreement Dated 12th November 2009 and Assignment Of Sale And Purchase Agreement (1st Party) Dated 15th October 2021, Sale and Purchase Agreement Dated 21st July 2021, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors/Borrowers and Kenwingston Seven Up Sdn Bhd (‘the Developer’) and (“the Proprietors”), it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
