The European Network of Living Labs (hereinafter referred to as “ENoLL”), established in 2006, is a global network of benchmarked, open, and user- driven innovation ecosystems. Directly, as well as through its active members who have undergone the evaluation process as ENoLL Certified Living Labs, ENoLL provides co-creation, user engagement, test and experimentation facilities for rapid prototyping and scale-up of businesses, and innovation across domains. Living Labs are open innovation ecosystems in real-life environments based on a systematic user co-creation approach that integrates research and innovation activities in communities, placing citizens and users at the centre of innovation.
