THIS THIRD AMENDING AGREEMENT (the “Third Amending Agreement”) is dated March 22, 2024 by and between Trenchant Capital Corp. (“Trenchant”) and GNQ Insilico Inc. (“GNQ”). GNQ and Trenchant are each referred to herein as a “Party”, and together, the “Parties”.
