This Sales Associates Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as a Sales Associate ("you," "your," yours," or "Sales Associate") in the Sales Associate Network of Kilim.com, a website owned by Praksis Ltd, which also does business under the name Kilim.com (Praksis Ltd. and Kilim.com hereinafter collectively referred to as, "Kilim.com"), and the establishment of links from your web site(s) (the "Sales Associate Site") to our web site located at the http://www.Kilim.com (the "Kilim.com Site") or the usage of the affiliate code in other media.
