Enclosed for your review and consideration is Michael Baker International, Inc.’s (Michael Baker’s) proposed on-call professional services agreement and accompanying work order to assist the Town of Sykesville with preparing a new unified development ordinance (UDO). The proposed UDO will combine and replace the Town’s current Zoning Code (Chapter 180 of the Code of the Town of Sykesville) and Subdivision Regulations (Chapter 145) and be prepared consistent with requirements specified under the Code of Maryland pertaining to Land Use, Single Jurisdiction Planning and Zoning (§§ 1-101 — 11-209).
