The personal data required to conclude the Independent Representative Agreement are stored, processed and used by Nacacomunik exclusively for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the contractual relationship between Nacacomunik and the Independent Representative as well as for accounting and payment purposes relating to services of Nacacomunik and to commissions earned by the Independent Representative. Any other use of personal data by Nacacomunik shall be subject to the express prior consent of the Independent Representative. In this regard, Nacacomunik points out that the consent to any other use of personal data as provided below may be revoked by the Independent Representative, in whole or in part, at any time.
