THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 10th day of August A.D. 2021, by and between Alachua County, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as "County", and Online Solutions LLC, d/b/a Citizenserve, with a principle place of business of 1101 E Warner Road, Suite 160, Tempe, AZ 85284 hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" Collectively, the County and the Contractor shall be referred to herein as the "Parties".
