The UER and the Partner (individually the “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) wish to enter into this Agreement to procure electrical and electronic waste in India (“E-waste”), with the subsequent intention of the UER to refurbish, reuse, recycle, and to further trade and re-sell (“Recycle”) processed E-waste. The Partner will offer its expertise and knowledge to facilitate the procurement of E-waste from various Prospects and Clients, and the UER will use its expertise and knowledge to Recycle E-waste.
