This site lease (“Site Lease”) dated as of June 3, 2013 (“Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between the Mount Diablo Unified School District, a school district duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of California, as lessor (“District”), and Landmark Construction, a California company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, as lessee (“Developer”) (together, the “Parties”).
