THIS CONTINUING DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (“Disclosure Agreement”), dated as of July 1, 2020, is executed and delivered by the BEAUMONT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY (the “Issuer”), and WEBB MUNICIPAL FINANCE, LLC, as Dissemination Agent (the “Dissemination Agent”) in connection with the issuance of $ aggregate principal amount the Beaumont Public Improvement Authority Local Agency Refunding Bonds, Series 2020A (Federally Taxable) (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are being issued pursuant to an Indenture of Trust, dated as of July 1, 2020 (the “Indenture”), by and between Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”), and the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to acquire the District Bonds (as defined below). The Issuer and the Dissemination Agent covenant and agree as follows:
