This Rabbi Engagement Agreement (the "Agreement") is made day of 2020 corresponding to the Hebrew date of 5779 by and between the , (the "Synagogue") a religious corporation with its offices at 210-10 Union Turnpike, Hollis Hills, New York 11364 and Rabbi Gary Greene (the "Rabbi") residing at . This agreement is subject to and conditioned on the approval of a plan of consolidation between the Hollis Hills Bayside Jewish Center and the Marathon Jewish Community Center. The effective date of this agreement will be the date that a plan of consolidation between the Hollis Hills Bayside Jewish Center and Marathon Jewish Community Center is approved by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Queens or on an effective date subsequent to approval when it is executed by both parties.
