WHEREAS, the City desires certain services for the transport and disposal of any solid or semi-solid waste, including, without limitation, biosolids, sludge, screenings and grit, generated from the operation of the City of North Las Vegas Water Reclamation Facility located on approximately 40 acres of land leased from Nellis Air Force Base at the intersection of Carey Avenue and Betty Lane (the “WRF”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and
