This Corporate Support Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of March 30, 2022 (the “Execution Date”), is entered into by and between Lone Star Transmission, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Provider”), and GridLiance Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and GridLiance Heartland LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (each individually a “Company” and, collectively, the “Companies”). Provider and the Companies are sometimes each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively known as the “Parties.”
