Public Key Infrastructure Third-Party Requestor Recovery Agreement

You have been authorized to receive one or more public key certificates and private keys. The private keys will enable you to digitally sign documents and identify yourself to gain access to systems, or to decrypt data. Other employees will use the public key to verify your signature or to encrypt data to be sent to you. Your certificates may also be used to verify your identity when you attempt to authenticate to systems. A Government Publishing Office (GPO) Registration Authority (RA) or your local Trusted Agent (TA) will provide you with the necessary instructions to generate your public and private keys and download your certificates. These items are government property and may only be used for official purposes.
