NON-BINDING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)November 24th, 2023
This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter “MOU”), which is non-binding in every respect, dated August 1, 2022 is made and entered into by and between the Thomasville Board of Education (hereinafter “Board”), the governing body of the Thomasville City School District and the Thomasville Police Department (hereinafter “Agency”). For the avoidance of doubt, no term or provision of this MOU shall or shall be deemed to create any binding, legal obligation on the part of either the Board or the Agency. Further, this MOU shall not create or be deemed to create in or for any third party any benefit whatsoever.
