The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located at Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC")" enters into this Umbrella Interagency Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "UIAA”) in accordance with the Space Act, Other Transactions Authority (OTA), 51 U.S.C. § 20113(e). Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as "FAA"), located at the William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08405-0001, enters into this UIAA in accordance with the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, 49 U.S.C. 106(1) and 106(m). NASA and FAA may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
