The following Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement (“Agreement”) that applies to all work performed under an executed Acorn Product Development, Inc. Proposal (“Proposal”). “Acorn” refers to Acorn Product Development, Inc., a California corporation with offices at 39899 Balentine Drive, Ste 161, Newark CA 94560 and “Client” refers to the other party executing the Proposal. Client agrees to contract for the services of Acorn under the following terms and conditions.
