A The Council has made available a Transition Fund to provide “pump- priming” grants for community organisations towards the set up and implementation costs of their sustainable community solutions for open access children’s services within Oxfordshire and has invited community organisations to apply for grant funding for this purpose, which grants (if approved) are to be made on the terms and conditions appearing below.
