This DPA stipulates the legal obligations of the Parties regarding data protection resulting from the processing of personal data related to the contract dated 24.06.2019 (hereinafter also referred to as “Main Contract”). The DPA applies to all activities associated with the Main Contract during which employees of the Contractor and/or third parties subcontracted by the Contractor have access to per- sonal data provided by the Client.
