THIS GROUND LEASE (“Lease”) is entered into as of , 20 , by and between the CITY OF VANCOUVER, a Washington municipal corporation (“Landlord”) and VANCOUVER PUBLIC SCHOOLS, a Washington municipal corporation (“Tenant”). Landlord and Tenant may individually be referred to as a “Party” and may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
