We write with reference to that option agreement between NexGen Uranium Ltd. (formerly NexGen Energy Ltd.) (the “Company”), by assignment from Tigers Realm Minerals Pty Ltd, and each of you, as optionors (collectively, the “Optionors”) dated December 5, 2011 (as amended by agreements made effective June 5, 2012, November 23, 2012 and April 12, 2013, the “Option Agreement”). Specifically, we write to confirm our agreement that:
