The undersigned parties agree to extend the term of that certain Cable Television Franchise Agreement by and between the City of Rochelle and Comcast of California/Colorado/Illinois/Indiana/Michigan, LP, from its present expiration date of March 23, 2015 to April 27, 2015. The parties agree that each and all of the remaining terms, obligations, and conditions of such Cable Television Franchise Agreement shall remain intact and in effect in all respects, to the extent consistent with applicable federal and state law and regulation.
