In exchange for participation in the activity of sailing instruction and competition and related activities organized by Lido Isle Yacht Club, 701 Via Lido Soud, Newport Beach, California, 92663 and/or use of the property, facilities, instructional staff and services of Lido Isle Yacht Club and/or Lido Isle Community Association, I agree for myself and for (“Child”) and for all other members of my family, to the following:
