Adoption ABC is a licensed not-for-profit adoption agency established under the laws of the State of AZ. Agency is working with Cassy E., a Birth Mother who has selected Clients as the prospective adoptive parents for her child who is due to be born on or around February 22, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “this adoption”).
