This Agreement, effective the 1st day of October 2018, is entered into by and between M&R Quality Janitorial Services (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"), and the City of Kennedale (hereinafter referred to as "City"). The purpose of this Agreement is to have the Contractor provide the services identified in Article II.
