By signing up for Langfuse Self-hosted License, you and any entity that you represent ("Customer") are unconditionally consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to these Langfuse Subscription Terms ("Agreement") as of the date of Customer's first download of the licensed materials (the "effective date"). Customer's continued use of the software or any licensed materials provided by Langfuse GmbH, trading as Langfuse ("Langfuse") (or one of its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, as specified on an order form or quote), shall also constitute assent to the terms of this agreement. If these terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. If you are executing this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
