You, the Licensee, assume responsibility for the selection of the program Yojimbo to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the program. Breaking the package seal and installing the program, or downloading and installing the program, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then do not download and install the program or break the package seal and install the program, and contact Bare Bones Software, Inc., or return the package for a full refund.
