This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you (either an individual or a company) (the “Customer”) and APLISO (the “Company”). By using www.apliso.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Platform. The Platform may include associated Platform components, media, printed materials, “online” or electronic documentation, and any and all copies and derivative works of such Platform program and documentation. This license Agreement supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties.
