This Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this _14th day of _February , 2024, by and between the Napa Valley Community College District, , a California community college district and political subdivision of the State of California (“District”), and the Viticulture & Winery Technology Foundation, a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation (“Foundation”) and replaces all prior Operating Agreements entered into between the District and the Foundation. District and Foundation may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
