It is agreed and acknowledged that signature by the Customer of Datascope WMS Software Licence Agreement Signature Schedule constitutes acceptance of Datascope’s schedule of modules and these Terms and Conditions with combinedly constitutes the Datascope WMS Software Licence Agreement concluded between Datascope and the Customer (“the SLA”). These Terms and Conditions are available on Datascope’s website: www.datascope.co.za/legal or should you not have internet access a copy of which will be provided to you by sending an e-mail request to admin@datascope.co.za or upon request from your Datascope VAR) as binding upon the Customer and the signatory on its behalf hereof.
