(“Agreement”), and any of its agents who receive use or have access to protected health information (PHI), as defined herein, shall be referred to as the “Business Associate.” The State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services, ”Department” shall be referred to as the “Covered Entity,” The Contractor and the Department are collectively referred to as “the parties.”
